   Frequently Asked Questions

   How does the scheduling work? Once you book, just provide your groomer’s name and appointment time. We’ll coordinate the pickup window (usually 30–60 minutes prior) to ensure your pup arrives on time and ready for their glow-up.

   Do I need to be home? Not necessarily! Many of our regulars provide a door code or key location. As long as your dog is ready to go in a secure area, we’ll handle the rest.

   What if the groomer finishes early or late? No worries. We stay in touch with the salon. Once they give us the "all clear," we’ll head over to fetch your fresh pup and bring them home.

   The "Fine Print" (Terms of Service)

   • Vaccinations: For the safety of the pack, all dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.

   • Behavior: We love all dogs, but for safety reasons, we can only transport dogs that are non-aggressive toward humans and comfortable in a vehicle.

   • Cancellations: We’re flexible! Just let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel to receive a full refund or credit.

   • Booking Fees: Our fee covers round-trip transportation only. Grooming costs must be paid directly to your groomer.
